Reconditioned, Regulated, Tuned

IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED:

Reconditioned, Regulated, Tuned - After pick-up, we dismantled the piano, removed the action, cleaned the interior. We reconditioned the action (tightened all screws, lubricated tight centers, reshaped hammers), regulated the piano to ensure that it plays like new (capstans, hammer blow, key height & leveling, letoff, key dip, dampers), and tuned to A-440. This beautiful little piano should give many more years of musical pleasure!

1 – We dismantled the cabinet and removed the drop action for servicing on our workbench.

2 – We cleaned the strings and keybed, and polished the key pins.

3 – We tightened all screws in the pedal action, and piano action, replaced a few tight center pins, and conducted a complete regulation. Finally, we tuned the piano.

4 – We raised pitch and tuned the piano. Ready for the buyer! A fine little piano with a big sound. A great buy for the beginning student!
