taken in our shop:

– The player motor has five chambers. It works very efficiently. We will clean and lubricate all moving parts.

– The "tracker" mechanism was an ingenious mechanical device when new. It has worked flawlessly for 75 years, and with some new hoses it should give many more years of musical pleasure.

– The pedals will be kept in the piano, although they will be used less after the vacuum pump has been installed.

- The speed control device is very efficient.

– The bench required extensive repairs.

– We stripped, repaired, sanded, and stained the veneer surfaces of the cabinet.

– After the stain had a few days of drying time, we applied three coats of lacquer.

– The panels received the same care as the piano cabinet.

– We reconditioned the piano action--installed new bridle tapes, tightened all screws, reshaped the hammers, and lubricated the moving parts.

– We installed new hoses on the player action.

– After installing new underkey punchings, the keys, and the action, we conducted a complete regulation and tuned the piano.

– We re-installed the player action and adjusted the player mechanism controls. We are proud of this piano. It will provide many more years of musical enjoyment. Visit our showroom and listen to its deep, rich tone!
