This
mid-size grand, built in 1927, has a mahogany finish that has aged
over time. It was originally glossy but has become checked--however,
it is basically uniform over the whole case and still looks nice.
This piano has a very sweet, mellow sound and is not too brilliant
largely due to the selection of soft, cold-pressed hammers. This piano should fit
comfortably into a smaller room.
IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED BY BELLINGHAM
PIANO COMPANY:
Reconditioned--New hammers installed, all screws
tightened, defective action parts replaced.
Completely Regulated, Tuned--Adjustments to ensure that piano
plays like new, using new underkey punchings. Special attention was
given to touch weight improvements. Tuned to A-440.
TERMS:
10% deposit will hold piano till delivery
(up to 30 days). If you pick up,
balance at pick-up. If we deliver, balance (including cost of
delivery) at delivery. If sold to a local buyer, the owner
will do after-delivery tuning at no additional cost.

We
will tune this piano before delivery. Buyer pays for delivery. Bench
not included--we will supply a used bench at cost if appropriate.
