Additional Pictures

taken in our showroom:

– Taken from an angle from the right.

– This piano has huge legs.

Left side.

– Left end of keyboard.

– We refinished the bench that accompanies the piano.

– The piano legs and bench legs have a very similar pattern.

– We made two fallboard support blocks and installed them into the sides of the piano.

– We installed a new Steinway & Sons fallboard decal and refinished this part of the piano with an additional coat of lacquer.

We tightened all action screws and replaced several defective action parts. We regulated key height, hammer blow distance, capstans, letoff, key dip, dampers, and spoons. The touch is now even and efficient.

– A previous technician installed new plastic keytops. As part of the regulation, we raised the "sharps" slightly so they would be above the whites when played. Finally, we tuned the piano.
