40" Winter Console #432655

Ornately crafted light oak cabinet with matching bench. Built in 1974, Reconditioned, Regulated, and Tuned by Ray’s Piano Service, Fall 2003.

We purchased this piano for $350 from a seller in Mt. Vernon, WA.  Our budget for improvements was $850, so we offered it on sale for $1,200 plus delivery and after-delivery tuning.
IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED:

Action reconditioned—Complete cleaning, hammers reshaped, all action screws tightened, tight center pins replaced.

Completely Regulated—All adjustments to ensure that piano plays like new: hammer blow distance, key height & leveling, capstans, letoff, keydip, dampers, pedals. Tuned to A-440

Partially RefinishedSince most of the cabinet was in beautiful shape, we could restore this piano to as-good-as-new appearance with only partial refinishing. We touched up the music desk and piano lid with urethane, hand-rubbed to ensure a satin finish that matched the rest of the piano.
