Traditional Mahogany Cabinet. Reconditioned in May 2023 for the current owner in Northfield, MN.

IMPROVEMENTS:
Recondition Action—Recondition action (clean & tighten screws, reshape hammers, replace defective hammer shanks & hammer springs.
Complete Cleaning--Clean cabinet interior, strings, pressure bar, keybed, keypins, pedal mechanisms.
Partial Regulation—Increase key dip. All regulation adjustments to ensure that piano plays like new. Adjust pitch & tune.
