50" Lexington Upright Player #95287
Beautiful brown mahogany cabinet. Built in 1929. Reconditioned and Refinished by Ray's Piano Service in 2005. The owner, who recently moved to California, arranged for us to pick up and sell this piano for her.

IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED:
Reconditioned—Complete cleaning. Player mechanisms removed. Action reconditioned: hammers reshaped, action screws tightened, new bridle tapes installed, new damper felts installed, moving parts lubricated.
Regulated—New underkey punchings installed. All adjustments completed to ensure that piano plays like new (key height & leveling, hammer blow distance, letoff, keydip, dampers, spoons, pedals). Tuned to A-440.
Refinished—All veneer surfaces stripped and sanded. Veneer repaired where needed. Stain, sealer, and lacquer applied. New rubber buttons and fallboard decal installed.
